Meet the coaches behind Pretty Gritty

Women Empowering Women

Our company 'Pretty Gritty' has grown really quickly which seems to represent the huge interest women have in training together and motivating each other. Our method involves setting up a series of sessions which we call ‘training blocks’. These are based around a successful triathlon season, concentrating on skills, technique, base and race fitness depending on the time of the year. We provide weekly swims, and on alternate weeks, a bike session or a run session catering for novices through to improvers.

Women empowering other women to do well, is at the heart of our ethos. All you need is a willingness to turn up and train with us, a smile on your face, and together we’ve got this!
